Optimal growth and development, free of interference, through a lifetime.

My story begins as a child. As a child I grew accustomed to the rhythm of life, but I began with and understanding that the body was designed to heal, always. Every cut, every scrape, every broken bone for me and my siblings growing up was acknowledged with the fact that our internal resources would do the healing. With an eager appreciation for all life, including monarch caterpillars and butterflies, I learned that all processes have meaning and purpose.

My parents taught me the value of hard work, and the value of staying committed to what I commit to. When I dressed as a chiropractor that day in kindergarten when you dress as the person you one day hope to be, I didn’t think of the commitment I would make to true health as I do now. Then, going to a chiropractor meant leaving with cool stickers and pencils, playing with the model spine set, and climbing on the table that raised and lowered with the touch of a button. But, as I realized as I grew older, it was SO MUCH MORE. Going regularly to see my chiropractor meant growing up with a nerve system that wasn’t impeded by the physical, chemical, and emotional stress that all kids experience which can have a hugely negative effect on the body’s healing process. Having my spine checked to correct any  subluxation was something I always looked forward to, and I am grateful beyond measure that my parents valued this aspect of care for me and my siblings from birth on. I learned to value the health of my nerve system as a priority, and in fact I then studied how it worked when I pursued Neuroscience at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and furthered my studies in Chiropractic at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

All healing begins within, and the inner wisdom granted to all people at conception is simply quite amazingly complex.

Forever in awe of this God-given process, my passion is to provide honest and genuine care for people of all ages and families of all sizes in the Northeast Pennsylvania area and beyond.

I believe that every man, woman, and child deserves the opportunity for optimal growth and development, free of interference, through a lifetime.
